The GUARDIAN project

proyectoguardian.com is the website of the European project GUARDIAN (Green Urban Actions for Resilient fire Defence of the Interface Area, UIA03-338), co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) through the European Union’s Urban Innovative Actions (UIA) initiative. Medi XXI, one of the project partners, owns and manages the website.

Terms of use

This legal notice governs access to and use of the website. Anyone who accesses it is considered a user and accepts these terms. Using the website for unlawful purposes, to harm Medi XXI, the project partners or third parties, or in any way that could damage, disable or overload it, is prohibited.

Medi XXI reserves the right to change the structure, design and content of the website at any time without notice.

Intellectual and industrial property

The website content (text, images, videos, documents, design and source code) belongs to Medi XXI, to the GUARDIAN project partners or to their respective authors, and is used with the necessary rights. It may not be reproduced, distributed, transformed or publicly communicated without the prior express permission of its owners. The logos of the project partners, the European Union (ERDF) and Urban Innovative Actions belong to their respective owners and are shown solely to identify the participants in the project and its funding. All other third-party names and logos also belong to their respective owners.

Medi XXI is not liable for damages arising from the use of website content, for the content or status of linked third-party websites, or for interruptions or technical failures beyond its control. The opinions expressed in the specialised articles are solely those of their authors and do not necessarily reflect the position of Medi XXI, the other project partners or the European Union.
